These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising.
12. Home Visit and Nearby Vet Facilitation Model
a. Change effective 18 August 2026: VetsKart is a product of Findoly Solution LLP. From 18 August 2026, VetsKart/Findoly does not manage Home Visit or Nearby Vet veterinary services in the previous managed-service manner. The Website accepts your veterinary requirement and Findoly facilitates routing or matching of that requirement to suitable VetsKart/Findoly-verified veterinary professionals.
b. Direct communication: After your requirement is shared or matched, a veterinary professional may contact you directly. You and the veterinary professional are responsible for discussing and confirming availability, appointment details, professional fees/payment, examination, treatment, medicines, certificates, grooming or other services, and follow-up as applicable.
c. Platform role: VetsKart/Findoly facilitates the connection and related technology/communication flow. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, the veterinary professional is an independent provider and not an employee of VetsKart or Findoly Solution LLP. Verification indicates that VetsKart/Findoly has performed its applicable provider-verification process; it is not a guarantee of availability, treatment outcome, service quality, price, or fitness for a particular purpose.
d. Customer information: By submitting a Home Visit or Nearby Vet requirement and accepting the disclosure shown before submission, you authorize VetsKart/Findoly to process and share the contact, location and requirement information reasonably necessary for suitable verified veterinary professionals to contact you regarding that request, subject to the Privacy Policy.
e. Home Visit record: VetsKart may continue to create an internal Home Visit booking/reference for continuity of the existing Website workflow while the corresponding requirement is also routed through Findoly. A Nearby Vet requirement may be handled directly through Findoly without creating a VetsKart booking record.
13. Emergency Cases
a. VetsKart/Findoly does not provide or guarantee emergency veterinary care through the Home Visit or Nearby Vet requirement flow. If your pet needs immediate medical attention, do not wait for a response to a posted requirement; contact or travel to an appropriate emergency veterinary hospital or clinic immediately.
b. Availability and response time depend on independent veterinary professionals and location. Submission of a requirement does not confirm an appointment or guarantee that a professional will be available.
c. Pet owners remain responsible for seeking timely emergency care when required and for making decisions regarding their pet's health with an appropriately qualified veterinary professional.
