11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12. Home Service Facilitation Model

a. Platform role: VetsKart is a product of Findoly Solutions LLP. For Home Service requests under the current model, VetsKart/Findoly records and forwards the customer's veterinary requirement to suitable veterinary professionals through the Findoly platform. VetsKart/Findoly facilitates the connection and does not itself provide, manage, supervise, or control the veterinary consultation or treatment.

b. Direct communication and agreement: A veterinary professional may contact the customer directly. The customer and veterinary professional are responsible for discussing and confirming availability, appointment details, professional fees/payment, examination, diagnosis, treatment, medicines, certificates, grooming or other services, and follow-up as applicable.

c. Independent professional: Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, the veterinary professional acts independently and is not an employee or agent of VetsKart or Findoly Solutions LLP. The platform does not guarantee professional availability, response time, pricing, service quality, treatment outcome, or fitness for a particular purpose.

d. Customer information: By submitting a Home Service requirement after accepting the disclosure shown on the form, you authorize VetsKart/Findoly to process and share contact, location, and requirement information reasonably necessary for veterinary professionals to contact you about that request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

e. Internal booking/reference: The Website may continue to create a VetsKart booking or reference number for continuity of the existing Website workflow and record keeping. That internal record is an enquiry/reference only and does not itself confirm an appointment, guarantee that a veterinary professional has accepted the request, or mean that VetsKart/Findoly manages the veterinary service.

f. Clinical decisions and disputes: Diagnosis, clinical advice, prescriptions, treatment decisions, medicine use, service performance, professional fees, and clinical follow-up are matters between the customer and the veterinary professional, subject to applicable law and professional obligations. Customers should raise service-specific concerns with the veterinary professional directly; VetsKart/Findoly may provide reasonable platform support without assuming management of the underlying veterinary service.

13. Emergency Cases

a. VetsKart/Findoly does not provide or guarantee emergency veterinary care through the Home Service enquiry flow. If your pet needs immediate medical attention, do not wait for a response to a submitted request; contact or travel to an appropriate emergency veterinary hospital or clinic immediately.

b. Availability and response time depend on independent veterinary professionals and location. Submission of a request does not confirm an appointment or guarantee that a professional will be available.

c. Pet owners remain responsible for seeking timely emergency care when required and for making decisions regarding their pet's health with an appropriately qualified veterinary professional.
