Submission of a request does not itself confirm an appointment and does not mean VetsKart/Findoly is managing the veterinary service.

Veterinary professionals: When you submit a Home Service requirement, we may share information reasonably required to respond to that request, including your name, mobile number, email address, location/address, selected service, preferred date, and requirement details, with suitable veterinary professionals. Those professionals may contact you directly regarding availability, appointment details, professional fees/payment, consultation, treatment, medicines, certificates, grooming or other requested services, and follow-up.

Service and infrastructure providers: We may use trusted vendors and infrastructure providers that help us operate the Website, communications, hosting, mapping, security, analytics, and business systems.
