Usage information: We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and actions taken on the Website.

2. How We Use Information

We may use your information to operate the Website and your account, respond to support requests, process your veterinary requirement through Findoly, match or route your request based on the service and location information you provide, communicate service-related updates, maintain security, prevent misuse, and improve Website functionality.

For Home Visit and Nearby Vet requests submitted on or after 18 August 2026, Findoly Solution LLP uses the submitted information to facilitate a connection between you and suitable verified veterinary professionals. VetsKart/Findoly does not manage the actual veterinary service under this facilitation model.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Verified veterinary professionals: When you submit a Home Visit or Nearby Vet requirement, we may share information reasonably required to respond to that request, including your name, mobile number, email address, location/address, selected service, preferred date, and requirement details, with suitable VetsKart/Findoly-verified veterinary professionals. Those professionals may contact you directly regarding availability, professional fees/payment, consultation, treatment, service details, or follow-up.

Service providers: We may use trusted vendors and infrastructure providers that help us operate the Website, communications, hosting, mapping, security, and business systems. They may process information only as needed for those functions and subject to applicable obligations.

Legal and business requirements: We may disclose information when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, and property. Information may also be transferred in connection with a lawful merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets.
